Acceptable Use Policy

Use the Service to enhance images that you own or have a valid licence to process. Do not use the Service to harm anyone, deceive consumers, infringe rights, or break the law.

You may not upload, process, or generate content that:

• Depicts a minor in a sexualised or explicit context.
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (“deepfake” nudity).
• Promotes terrorism, organised violence, or self-harm.
• Constitutes hate speech, slurs, or content that incites violence against a protected class.
• Depicts identifiable individuals in a defamatory or harassing manner without consent.
• Impersonates a real person, brand, or public figure with the intent to deceive.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, trade-dress, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

You may not use the Service to:

• Create misleading product listings (e.g. counterfeits, photos of items you do not actually sell, dropshipping scams).
• Advertise prohibited or restricted goods (e.g. weapons regulated by export controls, unauthorised pharmaceuticals, counterfeit currency).
• Generate fake reviews, testimonials, or social-proof imagery.
• Manufacture “before / after” comparisons designed to deceive customers about a product's actual appearance.

We expect commerce uses of the Service to follow the advertising rules of the jurisdictions you sell into and the policies of any marketplace you publish to.

You may not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure.
• Bypass rate limits, captchas, or authentication.
• Use automated tooling, scrapers, or bots to access the Service except via a documented API and within published quotas.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models or weights.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service to train or fine-tune a competing AI model.

You are responsible for ensuring that any image you upload does not infringe third-party rights. If you upload imagery owned by a brand, photographer, or marketplace, you must have permission or a valid licence to do so.

We respond to valid takedown notices under applicable copyright law. Please send notices to support@Hooky.comwith the subject line “Copyright Notice”.

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may:

• Remove content immediately.
• Suspend or terminate your account.
• Withhold unused credits if the violation is material.
• Report the matter to law-enforcement authorities where required by law.

Where the violation is unintentional and minor, we will normally warn you first and give you an opportunity to fix the issue.

If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this policy, please report it to support@Hooky.com. Include as much detail as possible (URLs, screenshots, account identifiers if known). Reports are handled confidentially.
